Delivery

Big Box Little Box has spent time researching couriers that are compatible with us in order to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. We currently only delivery to Mainland UK but are working on expanding this for the future.

We offer two shipping options, unless advertised differently;

Standard shipping- £3.99 - This will leave our HQ on the day of order (if placed before 4pm) and will take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive.

Express shipping - £6.99 - This will leave our HQ the day after the order has been received (this is due to the courier service we use) and will take 48 hours (working days, excludes weekends. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will leave Monday) to arrive.

 

Returns

If at any point you are unhappy about one of our hampers please contact us at sales@bigboxlittlebox.co.uk to discuss returning your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any liability for any damages caused during transit with our chosen third party. However, we will try our best to rectify any issues where possible.
